| Ensign Engineering began providing surveying services in 1985. In 1994, after building a strong client base, founder, Keith Russell, added civil and structural engineering and planning services. Recently, landscape design services have been incorporated into the company. Today, Ensign Engineering has locations in Midvale, Layton, Pleasant Grove, and Tooele. |
