This 80,400sf project, called Goldener Hirsch, is located in Park City, UT, and includes a new condominium building, hotel renovations and the addition of 39 living units. Guests have access to 70 miles of mountain biking trails connection to Park City’s 400-mile trail system.
Ensign provided the survey services, including ALTA/NSPS survey, condominium plat, As-Built survey, legal descriptions and exhibits, easement documents and As-Built locations and drawings.
Ensign’s civil services included an environmental report, civil design, and utility plan.
