Road improvements on 7800 South and 700 West became a necessity. Gardner Company hired Ensign to complete the site civil design and surveying for these road improvements.
This project consisted of approximately 6,400 linear feet of new collector roadway with curb, gutter, sidewalk, bike lanes and raised medians. The roadway also included 4 new traffic signals and road improvements/widening to 2 existing streets, 7800 South and 700 West. Designs include, storm drain improvements, the installation of a water line, relocation of power lines and fiber optic lines and the installation of 10-foot asphalt trail in place of the sidewalk.
