Xactware Solutions, Inc. is a Utah County-based technology company located in Lehi. Xactware produces management software for building and remodeling professionals, while also developing computer and mobile software to help calculate repair and building costs. This 212,000 square-foot office building has two parking structures, each consisting of 380 stalls, site amenities and surface parking on an approximately 13-acre site.
Ensign Engineering and Land Surveying provided site civil design, survey and coordination with Lehi City during the review and approval process.
