Chick-fil-A has contracted with Ensign Engineering on numerous new restaurants in Utah, Idaho, Washington, and New Mexico for structural, survey and civil services.
Each site is unique and ranges from raw ground purchases to long term leases and is typically a pad within a large scale development. Utilities are usually adjacent to the site which requires Ensign Engineering to conform the building to the site conditions with grading and site modifications. For each location, Ensign blends Chick-fil-A standards and requirements with the local permitting requirements of each City.
